 Story pitches

2 star-crossed lovers where one is a seer with the power to change fate and the other is a royal who's been foretold by many before them they would give way to the end of the world. Upon meeting, the seer learns of their distrust of seers and vows to prove themself to the royal by any means possible leading to the discovery that the seer could change a person's fate. The seer does everything in their power to change the royals fate only to find out too late that they they now can never be together because the seers gone so far they now hold the same power that was prophesied (whatever object or connection that might be) to destroy the royal. 

A young wizard finding out that he has magickal and arcane powers growing up in a world that doesn't particularly take well to the news but is guarded by his accepting family. He's able to flourish and study what magick he can get his hands on albeit not much but his twin sister steals the books and old text for him. He pursues his studies with the help of his family and by the time he's 17 he begins to feel ready to take on his fathers place in the noble court with a newfound understanding of magick he also aims to use it to the benefit of the crown and people like him. Until one night his brother is put under a mysterious charm that causes him to murder their family in cold blood and the young wizard is left with a shattered understanding a new source of questions.

A man long since retired from his days adventuring finds himself now living a modest life with his family and younger sister. He finds work as a calligrapher and translator using his education in a part of the world where most people lack in that department, mostly reading and writing letters to others. One day he finds himself face to face with a group that reminds him of something long since passed in his life, after having given the group their first letter he watches them go and month after month the same group comes back to him and they trade their stories. As time passes he listens but never offers much about himself, it's only years later that the ring leader finally uncovers that the man was the original cause of their adventuring because of his past actions. 

Story spine

Once upon a time there was a young boy descended from a noble family

And every day he started to notice he had arcane and unexplainable powers

Until one day hsi sister saw him do something she couldn't explain

Because of that his family found out

And because of that they helped him hide it away in public but taught him how to harness it

And because of that he learned how to use his power in a safe and helpful way

Until finally once he became comfortable his brother was put under a curse

And since that day he's been in search of answers 

And the moral is no matter how comfortable you are, things can always change
